How We Build

Every Taylored Boats project follows the same path from first call to sea trial. Here’s how a build comes together.

1. 01

   Conversation

   We start by talking through what you want — the hull, the layout, and how you'll use the boat — so the build is right from the keel up.

2. 02

   Hull Layup

   Work begins with the hull, whether it's one of our Willis Beal molds or a hull you supply.

3. 03

   Finish Out

   Interior, deck, cabin, and helm station are built out and finished by hand.

4. 04

   Systems & Trials

   Wiring, hydraulics, and electronics go in, then the boat is tested and sea-trialed before sign-off.

5. 05

   Delivery

   We hand over a finished, water-ready boat — and stay on call for questions after she's yours.
